SIIG shareholders to vote on interim dividends for 2023 on April 9

Saudi Industrial Investment Group’s (SIIG)

Saudi Industrial Investment Group’s (SIIG) shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends quarterly or semi-annually for 2023, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 9, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Other agenda items include voting on amending a number of articles of association, the company added.
