TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (‘the Companies Act’), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Octodec has received notification from Catalyst Fund Managers
Proprietary Limited (‘Catalyst’) of the acquisition by Catalyst of Octodec shares such that Catalyst now holds
5.01% of Octodec’s total issued ordinary shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Octodec has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
The board of directors of Octodec accepts responsibility that the information contained in this announcement
accurately reflects the information contained in the TRP121.1 form received by the Company from Catalyst and
no information has been omitted which is likely to affect such accuracy.
