Marsh McClennan Agency (MMA), a Troy-based provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement, and private client insurance, has hired Chuck Hurst as a retirement plan consultant.
With more than 17 years of experience, Hurst started his career in wealth management where he helped clients plan for insurance, investments, and financial planning. He later moved to a wholesaler role where he gained sales experience in 401k, 403b, non-qualified deferred compensation, defined benefits, and ESOP plans for the last 15 years.
As a retirement plan consultant, Hurst will partner with employers to build custom retirement programs that align with the needs of diverse workforces. His skillset is well suited to serve the needs of the organizations on a local and national level.

Hurst received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
