Dow down nearly 50 points on losses in shares of Travelers, Boeing

Behind negative returns for shares of Travelers and Boeing, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is declining Monday morning. The Dow

was most recently trading 47 points lower (-0.2%), as shares of Travelers

and Boeing

have contributed to the index’s intraday decline. Travelers’s shares are down $3.14 (2.0%) while those of Boeing are down $2.11, or 1.6%, combining for an approximately 35-point drag on the Dow. UnitedHealth
Goldman Sachs
and JPMorgan Chase

are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any of the index’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
